Recap: Reds win 10-8. Had 8-0 lead and almost gave game away. Rhys Hoskins was a butcher at 1b. Not a good start for Ashcraft who had 2 good innings and then gave up 5 earned runs (6 total) in 5.2.
Wilson was not good.
But Cruz, Sims and (a little shakily) Diaz were to close out the game.
Elly was the offensive start with 2 homers, one an inside the park job. Benson also shut me up for a while with 2 hits, a homer and a double. ECS continues to struggle mightily.
