Jose Barrero claimed off waivers by Rangers

Barrero claimed off waivers by Rangers.  A couple thoughts:

1. I wonder if the waive happened before they knew about Marte
2. He almost made it thru waivers. Claimed by World Champs.  Interesting that they have room (for now) but Reds didn't.
