Reds sign Justin Wilson to Major League Deal

Wilson had opted out of his Dodgers minor league deal, Reds had been impressed with what they'd seen of him this spring, and Alex Young had a setback from his back issues.

So Reds are up to 39 guys on the 40 man roster.
